Enjoy the European flavor and hospitality in one of two inside rooms, a fountain courtyard area, natural spring-fed lake with amphitheatre, or the working crush-pad patio. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.
Receive a discount on the wine consumed during your event, as well as wine purchases for event related activities (i.e., rehearsal dinners, bridal showers or business meetings) for an entire year after booking.

Event Times & Set-up Policy

Our facility is available for rent between the hours of 5 p.m. and 11 p.m., unless other arrangements have been made. Any live music or use of sound system must conclude by 10 pm, with the event concluding at 11 p.m. You may set up and decorate for your event after 9 am the day of your event. We allow for a total of three hours unless arranged otherwise. Daytime hours and more flexible afternoon/evening hours are available during the week for corporate meetings and other gatherings.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A $500 non-refundable payment books your date.* A $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit and the remaining rental fee are due 14 days prior to your event. Any remaining balance is due after completion of your event and accessing bar fees, any additional charges, damage and cleaning. This should be completed within a week of your event. * Saturdays booked in the months of May thru October must pay all venue rental fees in full at the time of booking.
If a Saturday event booked in the months of May thru October is canceled in writing more than 12 months before the event, all monies except the $500 non-refundable payment will be refunded. If written cancellation occurs 12 months or less before the event, then no monies will be refunded unless we are able to rebook that date. No verbal cancellation will be accepted.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy

St Josef’s Winery can serve only wine and beer on the property, as required by Oregon liquor laws; no other alcoholic beverages allowed. The wine will be purchased from St Josef’s Winery (discounts included), and we can order any beer and champagne. St Josef’s Winery will provide alcohol servers who comply with OLCC rules and regulations. No distilled spirits will be allowed on the premises, and if found, could be grounds for shutting down the event.
Catering
We are happy to provide you with a list of caterers, or you may choose your own. The caterer is allowed the use of the cooler and kitchen prep area. The caterer must provide a refundable security deposit of $250 to cover the loss/damage of any of our commercial equipment or utensils. Special arrangements must be made for use of the commercial oven and dishwasher.
Tables & Chairs
Tent with Fountain
St. Josef’s will provide enough tables and chairs to accommodate the people for the venue you have chosen. However, our chairs are not to be used for ceremonies at the pond; you must rent these. St Josef’s will only be responsible for its own table and chair setup.
Rental Items
St. Josef’s rents catering equipment and a selection of dishes, utensils, glassware, etc. You may use any rental company you choose for these and other items. All rental items, other than those included in the facility rental agreement are the responsibility of the lessee. All non-St Josef’s rental items must be removed from the winery no later than 11 a.m. the day following your event, with personal items removed on the evening of your event.
Decorations
Decorations make your event ~ use your imagination! But please don’t use ~ nails, duct tape, glue guns, or anything that is difficult to clean up, such as rice or confetti. You may set up and decorate for your event after 9 am the day of your event. We allow for a total of three hours unless arranged otherwise. All decorations must be removed that day/evening unless prior arrangements are made.
